  • Phone - if we communicate by phone or text, your number is stored on my personal device.

How Long I Keep Your Information

  • Enquiries that don't lead to a booking: I keep your contact details for up to 12 months after your last communication, then delete them.

  • Confirmed bookings: I keep your details for up to 6 years after the wedding date for accounting and tax purposes, as required by HMRC.

  • Analytics data: Anonymised website analytics data is retained according to Wix and Google Analytics default retention settings.
